When I was a kid... this is where Gertrude Guenther lived. She was a sweet (tiny!) lady in our church; and I would visit her quite often. 
She lived to be 104! 
I've always liked the house; and am happy that the current owners take such good care of it.

This is the Lewis Mansion.

When I was a teen; it was owned by Dr. Villa and his family... and I have fond memories of parties and such there.

It then fell into disarray; and was empty for a very long time.

It now has some wonderful owners who are restoring it with the idea of perhaps making it into a B&B.
